Every booking request from the calendar. Confirming one blocks that date on the website.
People asking for a price without picking a date yet.
Merch now sells straight through Square — new purchases, buyer names, addresses and payments all appear in your Square app and dashboard. This tab keeps any older orders placed through the website.
Five slots. Each item needs a photo, name, price and its own Square links. Only buttons with a link show on the website — e.g. no delivery link means no "Delivered" button.
Up to five posters appear on the website under "Where to find us". Tap a box to add an image, fill in the details, then Save.
Each row needs both a photo and an Instagram link. Rows without a photo are skipped.
Pick a booking or type a guest count. Tick things off as you shop.
What to buy per person
Change any amount and it recalculates. "Per dog" rows work off the hot dog count, so if you change dogs per person everything else follows.
These update the website straight away — no need to re-upload anything.

Leave blank to show “Custom quote” on the website.
Taco catering price
One price per person. The website works out the totals for 25, 50, 100 and 150 guests from this number, so changing it here changes all four.
